Meet the team

At School of ENM, you’re not just supported by one perspective;  you’re supported by a team.

Every member of our team is deeply aligned in values, approach, and the way we hold space for this work. We are committed to creating environments that are safe, non-judgemental, and grounded in education, choice, and self-discovery.

While we’re based in Australia, we work with clients all over the world;  supporting a diverse range of relationship journeys, experiences, and dynamics.

Together, we bring a balance of guidance, support, and structure to help you navigate your relationships with clarity and confidence.

Polly Mae - Founder & Head Coach

Polly Mae is the Founder and Head Coach of School of ENM, and the driving force behind its approach to conscious, choice-led relationships.

Her work is centred around helping people navigate ethical non-monogamy with clarity, confidence, and emotional awareness; without pressure, judgement, or assumption.

Known for her grounded and direct style, Polly supports clients in moving through challenges like jealousy, communication breakdowns, and uncertainty, while building relationships that feel aligned, intentional, and sustainable.

Through both structured programs and personalised coaching, she helps people create their unique relationship blueprint and develop the skills needed to actually live it.

Allie Latham

Allie, also known as Mistress Vendetta within the BDSM community, is an Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM) coach, educator, and mentor who is passionate about helping people build relationships that feel authentic, connected, and aligned with who they are.

Her own journey has included navigating jealousy, difficult conversations, boundary missteps, heartbreak, and the personal growth that comes with learning how to show up ethically in relationships. These experiences shape how she supports others: with empathy, honesty, and without judgment.

She currently practices kitchen table polyamory with her long-term partners and has experienced a wide range of ENM dynamics over the years, from solo polyamory and open relationships to more complex structures. She believes there is no one “right” way to do ENM, only the importance of approaching it with clear communication, consent, and care for everyone involved.

Alongside this, she brings over 12 years of experience in the BDSM lifestyle and 8 years as a professional Dominatrix. Her work is grounded in consent, power dynamics, emotional awareness, and creating spaces where people can explore with clarity and care. She also runs lifestyle events, creates educational spaces, and mentors individuals and couples navigating both ENM and kink.

At her core, Allie believes in helping people build relationships and communities where they feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Professor Poly

Meet Professor Poly; School of ENM’s resident mascot, guide, and biggest cheerleader 💛

She’s a heart with an infinite capacity to love (literally), a glowing halo of possibility, and a strong belief that relationships should be built on choice, not assumption.

As a proudly gender-fluid icon (currently using she/her), Professor Poly represents the freedom to explore, evolve, and define your own path — in relationships and beyond.

She’s here to remind you that you’re allowed to question the norm, communicate openly, set clear boundaries, and create something that actually feels good for you.

Equal parts playful and wise, Professor Poly is the voice that says: you get to choose how you love.
